DITTO!! What I said last month is still happening. September was just a continuation of the drag on our ability to bring back the buying and selling of Tucson Real Estate. For whatever reason we are seeing this I believe it is the uncertainty of our whole US economy. Very little has been accomplished over the past 5 years of really good legislation. One side won’t let the other side produce any bill that makes that party look better. The problem is that it should not be a political party effort, but an effort to help the people of this country.

Well here are the Tucson Multiple Listing Service (MLS) statistics…

I just sent in my early ballot today. I plan to tune out all the ads when they hit the screen of my TV as I have made my choice. My choice is change!!

Gas is starting to drop and this should help all of us by keeping some more money in our pocket. It is not a lot but I will be happy to keep $7-$10 on average in my pocket. With that I want to remind you of the gas rewards at Fry’s. I know Safeway has something similar but we mainly use Fry’s for our grocery shopping. Here is a way that you can increase your gas savings. Check out the gift cards. Fry’s gives a 2 times points on most gift cards. I mainly buy Home Depot, Lowes, and Shell cards and this helps me get discounts at the pump of up to $1.00 per gallon. Also watch for 4 times rewards when they have it. Max amount you can get is 35 gallons and I do get the max as often as I can. That is $35 in savings!! Check it out the next time you are in the store.
