I wish we could see continued growth like June, and it may well happen once we get past this years election results. I for one want a change in the Senate where all Reid does is stop almost all the legislation coming out of the House and blaming the GOP for doing nothing. We need an Economy that puts people back to work so we can create that growth. The Administration wants to pay you not to work, and become dependent on the government. That is not our America.
The Statistics really look good in all categories and I would hope to see growth starting to take hold. New Subdivisions are going up in all parts of Tucson but they are taking away the buyers that might have bought a home in a older subdivision. This would help those owners make their next move. But I must admit new is nice.

My business is right on 22nd Street and I can not believe the paper and trash that ends up in my parking lot. Why don’t we all bend over and pick up the trash in Tucson. We all should walk with a plastic sack and collect trash. Thank you to all of you, who keep our many streets clean. I see it on South Kolb and in the Vail area. It helps, but we can all do our part by just cleaning in the area where we live and teaching others not to throw trash on the ground.
Hey City of Tucson, how about making sure your drivers insure they are not losing trash as they fly down Kolb Road through DMAFB. I have seen it more than once myself.
It is not too late to buy Tucson real estate and I am here to help. Call me at (520) 240-7130!
