It looks like we are slowing down for sure. Now that I have seen this month I have this feeling that we are just going to coast for a while. I think once the election is over we have a chance for some good changes if the GOP gets the Senate back. You will still see Obama Vetoing things, but it will not get any better for him or his party if he continues to delay or stop things that will help the citizens of this country. If you have any doubts look at the Keystone pipeline and the delay that he has caused, all because of political reasons. You are paying more for gas than you should, and just having the supply of oil to process, would surely bring the price down some.

Check out the Listings under contract numbers along with the Solds and you will see the slow down. Some people will see their FICO scores go up in a couple of months. It will be mostly those with medical issues and some with Short Sale or Foreclosure issues. Those that already were in the 700+ range will probably not see much change. More is better.
Make sure you Vote this Primary and definitely vote in November. We have been pushed down for the past 5 years and we need a change to counter that.
