This was another month of decreases in most of the statistics. For me, it is still a down trend that we have had since possibly September. The only figure that really might help next month, is the Listings under Contract that had a nice jump. If this could continue we might see better statistics.

I am noticing much more activity in the homes priced in the $90,000-$125,000 range. These are the ones going under contract for the bulk of the contracts. Rates are below 4.5% but should start back up before too long.
Lets see what February brings.
I am still worried about our Economy and Jobs. We are still getting nowhere for the past 4 years and I feel it will be another 2 years before we get out of this.
