I can not believe how fast this last month went by. The Statistics are much improved over the January Statistics. I would like to believe we may be close to the bottom and have the market start holding values but the way the stock market has been going down, down, down, it does not help people feel good. The Dow closed up almost 400 points and that is good. I think most of that was brought on by Citigroup showing a profit the last two months when we were hearing they were going under.

I have been getting more buyer calls the last two weeks and hopefully it is a good indication.
It seems our government is again in a spend and tax stage and this really worries me. We are going to be mortgaged up to our ears for the next decade. I hope all of the President’s plans work out because the cost is out of the ballpark. I don’t agree with a lot of things our government is doing but I do want all of us out of the hole we are in right now. People need jobs, retirement money back on track and our population spending and saving(more) so our businesses are making money again. Our small business owners are the backbone of employment.
Start looking at your finances and get yourself positioned to buy. If you have not owned a home in the past three years and you close by November 30th there is a tax credit waiting for you up to $8000. That is 10% of the purchase price up to $8000. There is also a maximum adjusted gross income of $75,000 if single and $150,000 if married filing jointly for a full $8000. Phases out at $95,000 and $170,000.
Call me at 240-7130 if I can help you.
